Rui and other missing children need to be found. No longer can we allow a missing child to become another statistic.
ICMEC - The organisation for Missing and Exploited children, recommend
that the best way to deal with any child abduction, is to keep
awareness high of the abducted child.
"Forever Searching" is a group of volunteers, who have come together
