First of all, please let me reassure you that noone, not even babs, can read your private messages (pms). We do not have, nor would we want, the ability to do that. Private messages are simply that - PRIVATE.

There are two ways to send a pm. Firstly, you can click where it says 'You have x messages' just under the picture of the wristbands and type in the username of the person you want to contact.

Or you can look at the bottom of any post made by that person and click on the button that says 'pm'.

Make sure you give your message a title, then type your message and click submit.

The message will now move to your outbox until the recipient reads it. This is how you can check if it has been received.

Once your message has been read, it will move into your sentbox where it will remain until you delete it.


Note : Whilst your message is in your outbox (ie it has not been read by the recipient) you may edit or even delete it altogether. If you delete it the recipient will still get an email to say they have a pm, but they will not see it in their inbox.


You will receive an email every time you get a pm. This is to direct you to your inbox in order to read the message. The box under the wristbands will then read 'You have 1 new message' Once you have read the pm, this will revert back to 0 messages.

If you have more than one new pm ie 'You have 3 new messages', as soon as you read the first one, the message will revert back to 0 messages.
